Sean Vetter (Vin Diesel) is a tough DEA agent who grew up on the streets of Los Angeles and knows the drug trade from the inside.

After years of work, he and his partner Demetrius Hicks (Larenz Tate) finally bring down notorious Mexican cartel boss Memo Lucero.

But Lucero’s arrest leaves a power vacuum, and a shadowy new kingpin known only as “El Diablo” moves in to take over.

When El Diablo’s men strike at Vetter’s home, the attack costs him the love of his life, Stacy (Jacqueline Obradors).

Consumed by grief and rage, Vetter crosses the line from lawman to vigilante.

He’s even forced into an uneasy alliance with Lucero himself, the man he put behind bars, to track down El Diablo.

It’s a dark, gritty revenge thriller about how far a good man will go when he has nothing left to lose.
