Extreme athlete turned government agent Xander Cage comes out of self-imposed exile to recover a deadly weapon that can crash satellites onto any city on Earth.

Xander Cage (Vin Diesel) has been living off the grid, presumed dead, after his last mission for the xXx programme.

Then a device known as “Pandora’s Box,” capable of turning military satellites into guided missiles, is stolen by a group of elite, near-unstoppable fighters led by Xiang (Donnie Yen).

CIA officer Jane Marke (Toni Collette) needs Xander back in the game.

Rather than take a team of trained soldiers, he recruits his own crew of adrenaline junkies, misfits and specialists who live as close to the edge as he does.

Among them are a sharpshooter (Ruby Rose), a DJ, and a stunt driver.

From the jungles of the Philippines to the streets of Rio, Xander’s team races to stop a global catastrophe while uncovering a conspiracy that runs far higher than they expected.

It’s a loud, over-the-top action spectacle packed with gravity-defying stunts, motorbike chases on water and extreme sports set pieces.
